Maintain peace of Mind
I saw this quotation painted on dicky of a vehicle .On reading it I rememberrd some sentences from the book How to" Stop Worrying and Start Living "written by famous author Dale Carnegie. He saysDo not cry when some tragedy comes on you.Have you ever seen the trees and animals crying ?He adduces a sentence from Walt Whitman " Oh, to confront night, storms, hunger,Ridicule, accident, rebuffs pa the trees and animals do."------------ He goes further and says "' The animals confront nighy, storms, and hunger calmly; so they never have nervous breakdowns or stomach ulcers; and they never go insane.-------He takes the reader to problems that confront him as he is overtaken by worries as no remedy comes on hand .There are problems so there must be their remedies too.Otherwise the world would have come to an end thousands of years ago.But that has not happened and the world is still livable ! Dale Carnegie gives a memorable paragraph from Dean Hawkes of Columbia University ,                                                                                              1.For every ailment under the sun,-------------------------------------------------2.There is a remedy or there is none;---------------------------------------------  3.If there one, try to find it;--------------------------------------------------------- 4. If there is none , never mind it "----------------------------------------------Henry Ford once told Carnegie, " When I can't handle events, I let them handle themselves.."---------So let us learn to keep peace of mind, never lose temper and try to find a solution for the problems and if you do not find remedy , simply forget all about the problems , and try to live like the trees and animals, they are more happy than us !
