Islam and Brotherhood v/s Casteism of the Hinduism
When the Hindus will learn this manner of Brotherhood ? I think there is no such chance. Distance, Contempt and Segregation are the fundamental principles of the Hinduism. See 1. The Brahmins look down upon A Khatriya B Vaishyas C Shudras . 2 Then the same Khatriyas who were object of contempt by Brahmins, imitate the Brahmins and condemn A Vaishyas B Shudras , now see the fun 3. The Vaishyas hate those below them , the Shudras called OBCs. Now the fireball has come on the head of the Shudras, so they divided themselves in number of castes and sub castes and imitated casteism in their own fold. But the Kshatriyas and Shudras of decades back between 1871 and 1931 were bold enough to challenge this atrocious , inhuman caste system and embraced Islam in lakhs and changed the course of History and Geography. Yet the Hindus are not reforming themselves and their religion and are waiting for another wave of such mass conversions.Then there will not remain any need for change !

The Judiciary under pressure of RSS part ii
The Judges should declare the identity of those who had attempted to interfere with the judicial process. More, they should take action against them under Indian Penal Code. It is a punishable crime and the H'ble Judges should not let the offenders go scot free. 2. If this is the case in the past the same forces might have pressurised the Judges in letting out some ferocious Criminals on bail and in exonerating some. If this continues, the Justice Delivery System will become unreliable and people will go else where to seek justice. ...... This seems to be the case how Amit Shah and others were discharged by the CBI Court of Bombay. Really, a pitiable situation for the Judiciary when even without examining a single witness, Investigating Officer the Judge had thought on the application of some accused that they were wrongly implicated and the Judge agreed, he seems to have agreed in this way..... I had also learnt Indian Penal Code and Criminal Pro. Code, but no where the Law has said like this. The Judge seems to have taken out Law from his pocket. But in doing so, he has harmed the reputation of the entire Judiciary.

We had the honour of PM Nehru visiting Masjids, Gurudwaras and Churches because he was secular. And a PM of India can never afford to be alligning with a particular religion because crores of people are Non-Hindus. .... There is a historical foolishness committed by Gandhi, He announced from the house tops that he was a Hindu, flaunted a big Tilak on his head. and openly favored Hinduism. The result ? Crores of Muslims were shocked to see this champion of Freedom Struggle and started demanding separate State for Muslims. Vo ghabara gaye the. And Pakistan was created.Gandhi decided Pakistan.How many other nations you and your mother organisation want to create out of this country ?....................

SECULARISM IN MUSLIM SOCIETIES.
"Islam has long been viewed as a religious tradition that is uniquely anti-secular. Influential scholars in the social sciences have argued that Islam’s early formative historical experience and its unique reaction to modernity have prevented secularism from developing. In one famous argument Bernard Lewis has written that the “reasons why Muslims developed no secularist movement of their own, and reacted sharply against attempts to introduce one from abroad, will thus be clear from the contrasts between Christian and Muslim history and experience. From the beginning, Christians were taught both by precept and practice to distinguish between God and Caesar and between the different duties owed to each of the two. Muslims received no such instruction. Similarly, Ernest Gellner put forward a sophisticated thesis on Muslim politics that sought to draw a distinction between the “high culture” of the urban clergy, which was characterized as scriptural and puritanical and which Gellner claimed is normative for the urban life of the entire Islamic world versus the “low culture” of the tribe and village life where folk Islam was practiced. Under modern conditions, Gellner argued, the puritanical Islam of the urban clergy is appropriated at the mass level due to political centralization, urbanization and mass education. Islamic fundamentalism is thus “the demand for the realization of this norm, and the popular support it enjoys stems from the aspiration to the High Culture by the newly urbanized masses.” This explanation of Muslim politics, argued Gellner, is compatible with the requirements of political modernity where contrary to the previously dominant assumptions of social theory modernity required secularization. Thus, Islam’s relationship to modernity is unique in that modernity strengthens religion’s hold over society and this explains why secularism has not flourished in Muslim societies"..............................................................................................................................

Criminal cases aginst Teesta Setalvad
Bharatbhai R Pandya Anishbhai, first you try to understand what is the case of the prosecutors. She appears to have diverted huge funds meant for reconstruction to her luxury. She should deliver account of every paisa to the donors by making public the avenues where money was spent. I was also heading a NGO years back I was General Secreatary and later on President of South Gujarat Deenbandhu Congress , but we used to get our accounts audited by recognised Auditors. When Govt fund was received, the copy of the audit report was sent to the concerned dept. When I relinquished charge of my post, I got every single paisa account with Bank statement . What other did I do ? We were conducting Adult Education programmes and pretty good money was received from the Central Govt. In order to build up our own savings, I started taking some donations from the teachers. This money was never spent. When I relinquished the post, first I returned the moneys of donations to the teachers by cross order cheques , then got the accounts audited and then handed over the charge , furniture, books and misc material to the next appointee with a tempo-driver and got released !When you get money from other sources , individuals, NGOs or Govt. just be careful as not only yours byr the NGO's reputation is also connected with good or bad conduct. Teesta does not seem to have taken proper care with the money she received from others and so this problem. ..... I was also remotely connected with her but looking to her eagerness to grab all the credit herself and her all pervading nature, we terminated the contact . A top ranking Police Officer had also not a good experience and left the contact. So pl be careful before taking up brief of leaders ! "
Prime Minister Indira Gandhi , crowds and me.
I had seen her ( Indira Gandhi ) several times very closely and was overcome with her beauty and mannerism. I saw her in the bandobust in Surat, Bhavnagar, Vyara etc. Whenever we saluted her, the Prime Minister, she would accept our salute with a smile and would bow her head in acceptance of salute. -------- In Vyara ( dist Surat ) when I was in charge of the bandobust, a stalwart of the Congress Zinabhai Darji who was also from Vyara, sat cross legged just opposite the rostrum from where the PM was to address the public meeting. I drew her to to the roastrum , she sat on the chair and like a Caesar was surveying the mammoth crowd. Oho, she found Zinabhai darji sitting cross-legged in the front row, she announced from the rostrum to Zinabhai Darji to come on the rostrum , he went up to the rostrum and she asked her to sit beside her on the chair on the rostrum. ..... She knew thousands of Congress workers by name and always enquired about the well being and welfare of their families ! She was a great leader and great charmer of crowds. I saw it in Surat when after relinquishing power , she came to Surat and I was entrusted with her safety just behind the maholla where I was living a few years back ! I felt pride in escorting her and her vehicle carrying her, she was just standing and accepting zindabad from crowds. She knew how to lead them. Remaining in her proximity was my most dearest remembrance. Akmalbhai, thank you for posting this picture.
