When I was posted in Ahwa Dangs ( In South Gujarat ), a jungle area, I used to see such scenes daily from my balcony situated just on the side of the jungles. Once I started going into the jungles on foot in the evening I was stopped by an Adivasi saying " Do not go further Sir, there is danger ahead. You do not know Sir, a few days back a panther had come here in your neighbour hood and had concealed himself in the garage of Ramubhai ( President, Dangs Jilla Panchayat . Ramubhai was living nearby ), So don't go Sir, don't go."
