bharatbhai r pandya: Surat , Gujarat, India; Born on Oct 15, 1940 in Surat, Got education in Missionary Schools and passed B.A. with History and Economics. Did M.A. with Entire Economics, 12 papewrs, appeared at IAS Exam, and Dy. Collectors but was selected as Dy. S.P. , joined as Dy>S.P. from June 1970. I have read hundreds of books but have published 1.Vichar binduo 2. Divadandi 3. " Hindustan ni Samaj Rachana" in Gujarati.
