 economically and politically. They go on accumulating wealth not knowing what they are going to do with this much wealth !
I asked a multi Crores friend " Suppose you win a lottery of 2 Crores of Rs. What would you do with that much money ? " For some moments he scratched his head and took out an answer from it. " What to do ? I have every thing Bunglow, business, car .I earn so much that I go on tour in and abroad India frequently. I have no much use of that money. I shall deposit it in Fixed Deposit in bank, there is no use of money beyond a particular level. If you cross that level, your sons will be spoiled, even daughters too. ( I remembered case of an Excise Officer living in Navsari who had a good habit of returning to home every day from office with st least Rs.20000. The moment he took out his coat, his son would examine the pockets and take out some money. Then daughter would come and take away some money . Both were spoiled and selfish friend circles were formed around both of them and all enjoyed with Ill gotten money. So much so that boy was habituated with wines , gambling and prostitution also and the girl gave up to drinks and drugs.
Now we return to our story Hardly any son or daughter of a corrupt politician or officer has ever become a writer, poet or an artist. They simply enjoy and enjoy.
This is due punishment.No reputed or cultured man would seek their company and they feel lost among plenty.

We need to give adequate attention to the central idea of his speech. There may be some defects or shortcomings in our Laws , but they are accepted as Law of the Land and be respected like that.. The religious law made some 1400 years back , applied in Middle east cannot be made applicable as at the same time we say that the Law enunciated in Manu Smruti or Geeta are also not acceptable in the circumstances of the present country.

The SC order in Atrocity agst SC STs is not positive. We had bad experience with regards to ACB cases where sanction to prosecute was not given for years. This order runs against spirit and letter of the Act and amounts to amend the Act for which Supreme Court is not competent. It is the Legislature that is competent to amend the Act. This order will send a bad message to lower Courts and they will feel that the SC is against the SCs STs and will start acquitting the cases.
The investigation is under Criminal Procedure Code which does not burden the Inv Officer to adopt this course.
This is a retrograde step not commensurate with the empowering of the backward castes. and their Human Rights.
It should be revoked immly.

Right now Indian politics is dominated by 1.criminals accused of mass murders and one in the fashion of I litany precision .They have pocketed Law and jajis and jajis are afraid of them for their lives 2.So called sadhu bavas who have abandoned samsara but politics does not fall in their definition of Sansaar ! 3.Multi billionaires ( in and out of representative polical bodies ).They are a in sources of corruption as they have money, power and easy opportunities to get their selfish projects cleared and filling their coffers 4. Bankers with billions of Rs.in and out of India 5: hypocrite svayam sevaks out to destroy social fabric for going 2500 years back , of course without Muslims and christians........No one from the above is poor, has never faced unemployment or no one in their families is bekar ( unemployed ).....No one from their families is or has been dying of malnutrition or starvation. So , no lever of the powerful hast any idea what it means to be bekar, hated being a Muslim or Dalit. They were born with silver spoon in the mouth but now their grand sons are born with golden spoon.
No one from their families I'd driven out of school or college for not paying the sky rocketing fees from 1 lakh yly (:as we are paying for a boy of 10. .and I always say friends that in our school days this fee structure was Rs. 3 or 4 per month. Yly Rs.60. Books were obtained on loan from trusts and note books were made out of blank pages of last year's used note books and my father never me a stitched uniform and often I was driven out of class for not wearing uniform. Only last month I issued a chq of Rs.5300 for two pairs of uniform and books for grand son .) Which poor family will bear this costly education and so the drop out ratio is increasing. Parents also mark that even highly educated youths do not get jobs, so why waste money on a non profitable enterprise ?
The root cause of present evils affecting Indian Society is Caste, Communalism and corruption and heartedly as Ness of the Rulers of Society as well State means officialdom and decision makers including Judiciary eh is also affected by the above 3 Cs and inclination to rush to the past 2000 year social order.
.....Remove the billionaires from all Assemblies and Parliament , reserve 50 % seats there for labour and lower middle class. Put the politicians propagating religion in public life in jail for their entire life time, disband private Education System. Ban all the medical consultants and increase Health Network as people gave now started becoming afraid of going to doctors rather than Yamraj
It would be in the interest of wealthy class to implement my suggestion , otherwise great upheavals including large scale disturbances await them including Multi divisions of country as people with less population exercising Birth Control have started feeling that why they should bear the cost of large scale breeding factories of UP , Bihar, Jhar Kand and Orissa ?

Do not expect deep and wide knowledge from persons who are elected. They should know how to take proper decisions at proper time and that too how to maintain trust deposited by people while electing them.

Let appointees appear before parliamentary Commitee first

Any Tom, Dick or Harry can become Lt. Governor or Governor if he pleases the PM. Even judges who were trying serious criminal cases became nakedly corrupt and discharged the important accused even without finishing the hearings and freed the criminals. After this, Modi Govt appointed some as Governor. Now a former CEC is in queue to nr appointed a Governor as a reward for disqualifying 20 AAP MLAs.
Modi has spoiled the moral fabric of judiciary by dangling carrot ogGovernorship or other Constitutional posts This is nothing but corrupt practice by the Govt itself.
BJP was elected as the sitting Govt was seen as corrupt and Modi shouted ftom house top that it was corrupt. But Modi had overtaken the previous Govt in this race of corruption and has established world records in several decisions. It has stabbed the people in the back and now in chest taking advantage og such appointee judges who wete not fit for the post but are in the post for their touching legs of Modi and RSS chiefs.They have lost all respect among the people as people are looking on them as chhupa svayam sevaks of RSS and paid mercenaries gor shielding interests of BJP and RSS
New Governors shpuld be forced to stand examination by a committee of Lok Sabha which would include Opposition parties and the interviews should be made public

Gulberg Society of Ahmedabad , a horrific place of violence

Gulberg Society of Ahmedabad ,a tragedy in which 69 people were killed on 28th Feb 2002.This is fr Gujarat Today daily of Ahmedabad of today. In the first photo on left is Smt. Jaffrey, mother of my friend .

I shall remember this Gulburg Society and naroda Patiya cases for another reason.The officer, Joint Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad was posted to maintain law and order at the Gulburg Society.He in stead of dispersing the violent mob, looked the other way and went away from the place , leaving the place open for the murderous mobs. The expected happened and 69 innocents , who had nothing to do with the Godhra Train incidents, were mercilessly killed.
Unluckily, the Joint Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad was my one time junior , had great leverages in the Secretariate and passed over me and I had resigned.
