Sometimes things are so bad in the world, we start to believe everything and everyone is bad out there!! However today I was returning from London and stopped at the services - cherry well or cherry hill, as we were leaving my car got stuck in the snow at the exit of the slip road !! Some guy in a beaut BMW came over, at first I thought he was going to have a go at me as I was in the middle of the road with my hazards on, on the contrary!! He asked me what had happened, I said I’m stuck and can’t move my car! He said that he will get his coat and push my car from the back x so my coz n and this lovely person pushed my car, and got me back on the road !!
The world is still a beautiful place with some beautiful and great people in it!!
A BIG thank you to this lovely stranger!

Consequences of Purchasing MLAs

The only result I see in North east is that militancy will increase leaps and bounds as BJP leaders have no deep understanding or ability to control these Adivasis , China is targeting this region and " chicken neck " is also there.
BJP has made these people saleable commodities and China has greater purchasing power than India, remember this.
Making inflammatory speeches and solving problems are both different things. Have they solved Kashmir problem ? Have they solved problem of Unemployment ? Have they solved Nirav Modi Problem ? Have they solved Bank dues problem s since 3 and half years ? Have they solved problems of Discriminations among the Hindu Society ? Have they solved problem of Poverty ? .........Have they eliminated Corruption ? We are hearing talks of corruption even in higher Judiciary, in Loya case, shameful things are happening in that case and the main actors do not feel sense of shame, we never thought that there would come such sorry day, when we shall be forced to see such things.

Fighting Forward Policy

An amusing experience.
Playing cricket ( ball - bat ) with grand son Harshal. He was too happy. I was captain of.my team ,a medium fast bowler and 4/5 th batsman .We went to Navsari and Kosamba for match. Kosamba left an amusing but pleasant memory.
There was one sales man working in " Give and Take Cloth Store of Binny Company " in Chowk Bazar, Surat. Since I crossed his store and visited it for purchasing Binny cloth, we became friends. One day we both fixed a match at his village Kosamba and we went over there. The hosts took batting first and we followed. The earlier batsmen were dismissed for paltry score as a fast bowler . Then the captain came to bat. I played three four balls but developed a fear that this bowler will break my leg, hand or head certainly and I would not return home in one piece.
So what I did ? The bowler started from his end up to the last leg, I followed him ,I also walked on the pitch and now the bowler stopped, I also stopped. He was stunned to see me standing on half the pitch ! Now the turn for fear was for him ! He naturally feared that I was a great hitter and I would destroy his bowling like any thing. So he waited on his post , his captain and he rearranged the fielding formations and . sent he fielders as far as near the.boundaries.
He became very afraid as he did not want his bowling destroyed in his own village ! So he remembered Allah, I remembered Bhagwan ! He started run , he bowled, the ball missed me, stumps and bat ! I returned to crease. Now again this game, I was determined to hit a four or six any way but he faltered in bowling and threw a wide one. I returned to cease again. Now all fielders were gripped with a great fear that a big batsman from Surat will demolish their image in their own village and became shaky .
I do not know how many runs I made but I had instilled a great fear in the mind of opposite camp
We lost badly but were served with mutton Biryani and other tasties fitting to Muslim host families. I still remember that village Kosamba, cricket ground, half the pitch, fearsome.bowling and hospitality of the Muslim families whenever I pass by that village by railway or by highway !

Maha Bharat War , Frauds and Corruption

War of Maha Bharat , Frauds and Corruption
-------'-----''-'--''
attended two programs on Sunday. 1.In the SrCTZN club where it was for amusement. Some members who had kept quiet as listeners took active part in singing, some had sung during their childhood, schools etc now left all shyness and sang. All felt happy
I sang four songs 1.Jashomati maiya se bole nandlala, radha kyo gori, mein kyun kala ? ( 2.Duniya ki seir karlo, insan ke dost ban kar, insan se pyar kar Lo 3.Ye raat bhigi bhigi, yet mast fizaye, utha dhire dhire vo Chand pyara pyara ( Chori Chori )4.Suhani Chandni raate hame sone nahi deti ( Mukti )
I found people want more entertainment of happy songs and zoomed with such musicals
2.Then I had to give a talk on "corruption in India and the way out " along with other participants. The general speakers were very depressed and felt we shall have to live with such corruption and it can never be eliminated from India.
I dwelt on corruption rooted in our social structure. Corruption is interwoven with Casteism. Why there is no Muslim involved in High Profile or Low Profile corruption ?Because their Quran prohibits ill gotten wealth which is called "Haram " ki kamai .An average Muslim reports at least twice a day to his Allah and gives report of the things good or bad done by him .Quran is full of commandments on good and decent behaviour, behaviour even with handicapped, poor, elders and sick.In Hindu religion there is no such commandments and the field right from home to Parliament and Govt offices and personal behaviour, is wide open for misdeeds, sins and corruption.Islam punishes wrong -doers even after death but in Hinduism all your sins are washed off by a bath in Pilgrim places ! So why to fear ?
I quoted an incident in Maha Bharat. After the war was over, Yudhushthir and Vishnu Bhagwan took a stroll of the hell where Duryodhan and his 99 sinful brothers were lodged. YudhushThir took pity with his cousins and no requested Vishnu Bhagwan to gorgive at least Duryodhan. Bhagwan was not . ready but gave in and extended his hand to Duryodhan. This opportunity was grabbed by Duryodhan who asked all the 99 to hold the feet of him andndnd others and others after him. This way all the high profile criminals of Maha Bharat war were given place in the heavens. When God helps the most cruel criminals and grants him place in heaven which fool will desist he allurements of luxurious life on the earth ( India ) and leaving it with Crores of Rs. to Heaven like places of USA , Canada, England and France ?
These sins are committed by those who regard themselves as upper strata , cultured Society and in fact are parasite class who want to enjoy on labours of others , The entire case System of Hinduism ( VarNvyavastha ) is based on enjoying fruits of the labours of lower classes and Castes.by the higher castes . here most are from vaisya caste.

 Conference , an acid test

I like the decision of the Delhi Govt to make the Govt meetings of the Officers public by telecast. This is a praise worthy decision. They meet to discuss our problems , not their family or personal problems and what ever decisions they take are affecting our life closely.. So all officers will have to come prepared for taking some stand on some and some issue. They will have to participate in the discussions and show their competence and worth of grasping the issues. If some indolent fellow sits quietly and does not speak , he will be thought as incompetent and not courageous enough to speak out...... The children , parents will take pride in having such a courageous and knowledgeable father and son, and relatives will take pride too. ........ It would be a big opportunity for officers to make an image among the masses and classes on showing their grasp on the issue and knowledge.-----------------------I found while holding conferences that most of our officers were too much afraid of speaking before me and would okay whatever I would say, that I did not like and asked one officer after another to get up and speak some thing on a particular point. Surprising results were obtained, some spoke a few sentences and then blurted like public speakers !
The Presiding Officer is to get intellectually prepared for holding a Conference. Holding a Conference is an art and that comes by practice as public speaking is also an art and comes by practice. We will learn how Kejriwal hold the Conferences and how his Officers are intellectually prepared for the authoritative posts they are holding ! Their caliber will be measured as the caliber of Prime Ministers and Presidents is measured from their facing the world standard Journalists in Press Conferences ! Our PM does not seem to have addressed any genuine Press Conference so far !
How a PM or dignitary can be caught unawares is an example. Years back, some Journalist from BBC or so had arranged a World Wide Conference in which any one from any where in the world who wanted to ask a question was called on phone and his call was displayed on the screen. It was a post Babri Masjid demilition period. Babri Masjid was demolished by the rampaging Hindu mobs on 6.8.1992.
It was the turn of Indian PM Narsinh Rao and a man from Johanisberg asked him , " What were you doing between 1000 AM to 7 PM on 6th Aug 1992 ? "
narsinh rao was never prepared to face such such a question , and the program was stopped ! Next time it was PM of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif who had to face the world audience, and looking to the halaat ( condition ) of Narsinh Rao, he backed out from the program !
Conferences are acid tests , face it , if you have caliber , knowledge and morale , otherwise conceal your self behind your public speeches like Modi !

Suspicious Death of Judge Loya , trying murder case against Amit Shah

These are all circumstantial evidences falling under Sectiom 201 of IPC as well conduct after commission of crime falling under Evidence Act.The dead body is yo br shown to the family members who can take further legal action ig they suspect a foul play.A case occurred in Jetpur town of Rajkot dist where a woman working on a farm got severe pain in yhe stomach and she died.We called her father , showed him the dead body , he said my daughter seems to have been poisoned Sir.Otherwise also , I had to send the dead body for post-mortem Examination.During the intervening time we explained the circumstances of the death to the father who insisted on registration of a murder case.I said o.k , I am registering a murder case .I sent the dead body to Jamnagar and went myself there to discuss the physical signs outward and internal position of the organs of the body. Then the doctor found that some how or other her intestines were strangulated which prevented blood circulation which caused death. We explained the position to the father but he was not ready to accept the dead body of his daughter. Then I asked him correctly " What do you want after all ? " Now he came to point and said " Saheb , you ask her in laws to return all the ornaments I gave my daughter " This was very easy for me , I called her in laws and under threat of fixing them in jail told them to produce all the ornaments of her lying in their house. They immediately produced the ornaments before me ,I handed over them to her father. Now he was ready to accept the dead body .This was the case involving a very poor family .Here Justice Loya's dead body seems to have been handled very inhumanly and with criminal intentions .I feel sorry that an honest judicial officer was done to death by master killers and are yet not ashamed of their crime.......The worse part of this sordid story is that some so called learned advocates and some Judges had actively shielded the criminals. I never thought that in our life time , we will ever come across such dishonest Advocates ( whose duty is to help the Judge arrive at a logical and legal conclusion regarding commission of the crime ) and Judges who threw the Judicial Morality to the winds in order to rush for a piece of loaf , Governorship and other posts , like hungry dogs.
